A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of my best clients, a financial consultancy firm with an international presence, who are looking for a new PA for a 12 month assignment. They require someone who can start either immediately or with a weeks’ notice. Ideally someone with a working knowledge of a European language to better support some of the Partners.

The PA will join a support team of 20 across the EU, who are a collaborative and close knit team. Standard hours at 9am – 5:30pm and they offer hybrid working with three days in their St Paul’s based office.

They are looking for a candidate experienced at supporting multiple Partners previously and can really hit the ground running in this busy role!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• PA to 3 x Partners of varying different levels of support but up to full proactive, diary and inbox management
• Supporting corporate responsibilities and ensuring Partner deadlines are met
• Arranging complex travel internationally
• Drafting and sending correspondence on behalf
• Creating agenda’s and minuting high level meetings, following up on action points

WHO YOU ARE:

• Experience supporting multiple high-level Managers
• Working in previous high pressure environments, ideally Consulting or Financial Services
• Ability to remain cool and calm under pressure and bring a positive outlook
• Intermediate working knowledge of French, German, Dutch, Portuguese or Italian would be highly advantageous
