Oxford based PA for Luxury Brand

We are looking for a top-level PA based in Oxford. This is for an exciting and innovative company that value their employees and encourage development. This is a PA role covering a long term contract with potential to go permanent for the right person.

Key responsibilities:

• Sole responsibility for a company Director
• Inbox management
• Travel and accommodation arrangement.
• Liaising with other Pas and departments to ensure internal communications are streamlined.
• Assisting with photo shoots, proof reading and some website management.
• There may be some retail elements that creep into the role so any retail experience wihtin an administraiton capacity is beneficial.

Key attributes:

• Strong prior PA experience is mandatory as well as some marketing knowledge.
• High attention to detail.
• Someone who is happy to be busy and manage multiple tasks.
• A creative individual who can demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills
