Title: Operations/Office Manager – Global Executive Search
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 + generous bonus
Tiger is currently working with a global executive search firm to source an experienced Office/Operations Manager. This is a super exciting opportunity for a dynamic person who wants to wear many hats, as you will be involved with the day-to-day office operations, as well as HR duties and an upcoming office move. This will be a hybrid-working role, with roughly 2/s days in-office per week.
- Work closely with senior management to keep staff motivated; managing the admin and support team.
- Ensuring the overall operational function for the New York office.
- Management of HR processes including appraisal processes, onboarding, managing benefits programs, and maintaining the Employee Handbook.
- Financial support (budgeting and analysis), IT troubleshooting.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Takes pride in achieving the highest of standards at all times.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English.
- Highly motivated, adaptable and an ability to work autonomously.
