London (West End) SALARY: £40,000 - £45,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

Job Summary
Responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to: -

 Operations Function

  • Oversee office management and operational function of the business
  • Happy to “muck in” attitude and assist consultants with day to day office management
  • Work with line managers to improve and implement working processes across the business
  • Work with marketing team to ensure their initiatives align business objectives
  • Supplier contract management
  • Facilitation of new projects
  • Manage legal liabilities and compliance from an operational perspective
  • Run & facilitate training sessions to ensure all employees have the resources necessary
  • Calculate and monitor complex leave allowances for part-time employees and employees based overseas
  • Research and stay informed on employment regulations in all countries in which Tiger operates
  • Compose and issue letters related to changes to employee’s employment contracts
  • Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment & performance management concerns
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes, ensuring they are adhered to.
  • Work with senior management to implement and run training sessions
  • Amend/approve requested TOB amendments from clients to ensure the interests of the business are protected
  • Operations team management Function within Tiger
  • Regular catch-ups and meetings with ops staff
  • Brainstorming, developing and implementing processes across the support function to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • "Hands on" and proactive approach to administrative tasks

Skills/ Experience Required

  • Previous Office Management / Operational experience
  • Able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and composed
  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Verbal communication skills – the ability to influence
  • Positive demeanour with lots of energy
  • Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills


  • 25 days annual leave on pro rata basis (one day to be taken over Christmas, where the office is closed over the holiday period)
