Operations Manager:

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading provider of postgraduate face to face education to dentists and dental therapists.

Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead their Training Institute team. You will be reporting directly into the owner of the business and will be managing a team of 5, so previous management experience is needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Training and managing a team of 5.
  • Manager hotel bookings and logistics.
  • Help organise events.  
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Managing social media platforms.
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients.  
  • Manage the various technology platforms such as ticket tailor, active campaign , Xero, Shopify.
  • Develop business and find ways to grow sales & profit.

Key skills:

  • Trustworthy: you will often manage confidential information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proactive.
  • Line management.
  • Good IT knowledge.

About you:

  • 2+ years' experience in management.
  • Relevant bachelor or associate degree.
  • Proficient in creating presentations.
  • The ability to work individually and in a team environment.
  • Experience managing an annual and event specific budget.
  • Innovative and tech savy - experience of CRM software active campaign, Shopify, Ticket tailor, Xero would be advantageous.

This is a full time permanent role, based in their Paddington office 5 days a week.
