I have a very exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a global, forward-thinking boutique finance firm located in stunning offices overlooking Canary Wharf. 
This is a new position that requires someone who is a problem solver, always ensuring you are 2 steps ahead and has the ability to work at pace, under pressure and get things done! 

What you'll do;

  • Manage the day to day running of the office
  • Assist with new staff inductions
  • Client HR reporting
  • Managing all staff holiday
  • Expense management
  • Organising social events and management off-sites
  • Coordinating research documents
  • Assisting in the publishing of data collection
  • Amending PowerPoint presentations
  • Preparing press releases
  • Website updates
  • Gathering market intel and presenting the data
  • Responsible for all internal recruitment across all offices
  • Facilities/office management
  • Taking ownership of a variety of other projects

What you'll need

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the finance sector
  • Be degree educated
  • Have a high level of emotional intelligence and gravitas the to liaise with senior stakeholders
  • A positive and energetic approach
  • Must be a real team player who takes pride in getting the job done
