Operation Assistant
ASAP, temp to perm potential

My client who are an award-winning advertising firm are looking for an operations coordinator to join their team. They are looking for a talented all rounder who will be responsible for supervising office operations and providing support to the Operations and HR teams. You are calm under pressure, well organised, professional and trustworthy, and always deliver operational excellence. This is a full time position, with 4 days in the office in London. The company are looking for someone to start asap while they search for the perfect permanent candidate. This could also be you!

What you’ll do:

  • Look after the internal communication channels and distribution lists
  • Manage the development and distribution of agendas and content for monthly meetings
  • Plan and organise events and initiatives
  • Help develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency, quality and daily output
  • Support team with travel arrangements, courier bookings, restaurant and bar reservations, purchasing gifts
  • Work closely with HR, IT and Operations
  • Create and share reports and trackers

What they need:

  • Minimum of 4 years operations experience, ideally in an agency or creative environment
  • A resourceful team player who also has the ability to work independently
  • Flexibility, enthusiasm and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Strong willingness to learn and improve
  • Strong writing skills with high attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skill, ability to connect with a wide variety of people
