London (Greater) SALARY: £45,000 - £55,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
An exciting new role has arisen for an Operations and Events Manager for this boutique family office in North London. The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience and must enjoy working as part of a small, dynamic team providing an excellent service supporting the HNW Principal.
As Operations and Events Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the office management for the office and providing support alongside the PA to the Principal, as and when required.
Usual tasks will involve:
- responsible for any utilities requirements; e.g. arranging the maintenance contracts/renewals etc
- Assist with ad–hoc IT support
- Providing HR assistance
- Helping with personal duties for the HNW Principal , when required
- Organising event tickets for guests
- Dealing with logistics and travel for guests attending the events
- Arranging dinner reservations, internal and external events
- Adhoc PA cover
You will need to possess:
- A ‘can do’ positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written English
- Microsoft Office skills
- Flexible approach (might need to work out-of-hours occasionally)
- An easy-going and hard-working personality
- Ideally, experience working in a private family office/ boutique investment firm/ finance or property
Salary and Benefits:
- Up to 55k per annum
- 25 days holiday per year
