London (Greater) SALARY: £4,000 - £40,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

This award-winning property management company for luxury residential is looking for an Office manager to work from their head office in Mayfair.  The team is young and dynamic and the opportunities to work within this business are boundless.  You will be an essential cog in the smooth running of the office.

 

The opening

 

The Role;

  • You are the first point of call for clients (meet and greet and meeting rooms)
  • Ensuring the office is always tidy, never running low on supplies
  • Managing board and meeting rooms
  • Website updates
  • Couriers
  • Travel arrangements
  • Agendas for meetings
  • Team events
  • Procedure manuals up to date – workplace safety
  • HR co-ordination
  • Fielding of telephone calls, messages etc

 

The candidate

 

You will have already had an office management role before or a PA role where your responsibilities included the office.  This role will suit an individual who has a genuine interest in the property market or interior design.  You must have a can-do attitude and have the confidence to work autonomously and within a team.  This is a young, dynamic team who work hard and need the support to enable them to do so.
