Office Manager – High-Growth Finance Company
US SALARY: $80,000 - $120,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
Tiger is partnered exclusively with a global financial services firm whoa re in a hyper growth phase! This is a super exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to play a key role in setting up and organizing their brand new office space in Midtown Manhattan! Once fully set up, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the office for a team who are set to double in size in the coming 12 months.
- Establish and maintain office operations including the procurement of equipment, working closely with the building management to schedule any maintenance, and managing service contracts.
- Budget management; maintaining office inventory; ad-hoc project work
- Ensure the office is client-ready at all times, maintaining a neat and tidy aesthetic
- Coordination of meetings, conferences and travel arrangement as well as other light executive assistance for one self-sufficient individual
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, as well as excellent attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or extensive relevant experience within a similar organization
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English
- Highly motivated, adaptable and an ability to work autonomously
