A global investment firm who are expanding across Europe is looking for an Office Manager to manage the Front of House/Facilities team and take ownership of the strategic thinking and planning for future growth plans.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting into the COO you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the front of house and facilities team and being hands-on with the growth of the London and satellite offices. This really is an exciting and unique opportunity! Duties include:

  • Managing a team (Front of house, Trainee and Facilities Manager).
  • Overseeing the property portfolio and management
  • Vendor and contract management
  • Overseeing, planning and leading projects within the operational/Office Management space. 
  • Influencing stakeholders

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful you will have experience in Facilities or Office Management, from a corporate environment where you have been liaising and dealing with Senior Management, ideally at a board level.

Essential requirements:

  • Experience in Office Management or Facilities Management 
  • Worked in a corporate environment, ideally Financial Services or Professional Services. 
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Have led projects and reported back to senior management (board level) 
  • Able to mentor and develop team members.
