Office Manager / Executive Assistant – 60%


We are looking for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to oversee the day to day running of the office of a leading Investment Management Advisory firm.

The role will be based in Zug and has a workload of 60%

Main responsibilities

  • Supporting the investment team (travel booking and diary management)
  • Maintaining office HR files
  • Maintaining office accounts and assisting with the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements including annual audit
  • Administrating bank account and credit card reconciliations
  • Processing of payments
  • Developing and implementing controls, policies, and procedures for the office
  • Liaising with all external office service providers
  • Liaising with local authorities
  • Liaising with tax and legal advisors
  • Assisting with the preparation of company board meetings and taking minutes

Your skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a similar Executive Assistant / Office Management position
  • Fluency in English and German is essential
  • Strong IT skills
  • Highly organised, reliable and professional manner.
