I am working on an exciting Office Manager/Executive Assistant role supporting a fast-paced growing technology firm. If you’re someone who’s highly organized, has the drive and ambition to positively multitask, I encourage you to apply.
The role is primarily helping to manage a technology office and support the VP of Finance and Business Operations.
What you’ll do:
Officer Management Duties
- Manage a range of office management duties to ensure a productive working environment
- Act as point of contact to all staff members to smooth over any facility issues
- Maintain relationships with existing and new vendors
- Track expenses to stay within budget
Executive Assistant Duties
- Provide administrative support including calendar management
- Collaborate with local and abroad EA colleagues
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Additional support to the Business Operations team for Ad Hoc Projects will also be included.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and outstanding Office Manager/EA, who has proven experience in a role where they have taken on a lot of responsibility. You will be professional and discrete in handling confidential information. You will be positive and quick to respond under pressure. You would ideally have at least 4 years of experience in a similar start-up role. It is crucial that you have had prior experience and success. Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and juggle multiple requests are a must.
