London (West End) SALARY: £55,000 - £65,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
This boutique venture capital firm in the heart of Mayfair is looking for an experienced Office Manager to support the team. Your role will be varied across coordinating with the other global offices and keeping track of expenses/invoices/refurbishments for the office and building projects. Part of your role will also involve occasional EA support to the Founder who travels regularly and needs support across projects. This is a role for a really experienced Office Manager who has proven experience at organising travel with complex itineraries across global time zones. You will also need to be a great communicator as you will be the first point of contact with stakeholders to ensure that service levels are met. Ideally you will love working at pace and enjoy full oversight of your own role as you will definitely not be micro managed.
This is a fast paced and dynamic environment where you will have full ownership of an all encompassing role with interaction across their other venture capital businesses in the USA and so will need an office manager with at least 10 years experience and a solid track record of managing an office ideally within financial services and definitely someone who enjoys providing high level support and being part of a smaller team.
In addition you will need to be tech savvy and have great interpersonal and communication skills as you will be the only support function on the team so highly valued! This is a great opportunity to work with a range of like minded individuals and the variety of the role will keep you busy and challenged. The office has been open for 18 months but your insight into maintaining budgets and keeping on track with regard to engaging with the most appropriate and best suppliers will allow you to provide your own input to make things operate more efficiently. This is a role that requires you to be in the office for five days due to the nature of your role but you will work quite regular working hours. The team are based in stunning offices and you are working alongside a friendly team who will rely on you and welcome you as a pivotal member of their business.
