My client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join a growing luxury asset management firm. The successful candidate will be familiar with working within a high-performing, fast-paced corporate environment which operates across multiple sites. The chosen candidate will be experienced in leading and managing an administrative team.
This role requires the candidate to be on-site for 5days a week from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office and external sites while maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence.
- Develop and implement operational policies, solutions and procedures that align with the businesses strategic goals.
- Ensure the administrative staff are completing their work in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with department heads to address operational needs.
- Oversee and monitor the budget for operational expenses.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and managed in line with company protocols.
- Prepare financial reports and audits in collaboration with the Accounts Team.
- Coordinate logistics and inventory management in collaboration with the in-house Buying and Partnerships Manager.
- Ensure the physical and digital security of company assets and information.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Office Management with people management experience
- Experience working in the FMCG or Finance industry.
- Proven experience working with CRM systems and ‘Xero’ software programs is essential.
- Have strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and financial reports.
- Excellent communication skills with experience of liaising across departments and with high-profile clients.
