Office Manager
Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to help support all areas of a busy office with general all-round duties.
This role will be based on-site in Thun. BE
Main responsibilities
- Supporting the office with all adminstrative and operational duties including managing meeting rooms, ensring office supplies are maintained, work with suppliers and provide support to managers.
- Updating the CRM database
- Liaising with key teams in other Swiss offices regarding PR, operational, IT or finance matters
- Production of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents
- Preparing expense claims for team members
- Assisting Marketing with the organisaiton of internal events
- Liaising with outsourced IT provider to resolve IT problems/queries for team members
- Dealing with telephone, email and general enquiries ensuring that appropriate messages are relayed, or action is taken
- Photocopying/scanning/ document binding and filing (including archiving)
- Ad hoc administrative duties that may be requested by team as and when required (i.e. company research, confidentiality agreement tracking).
Your skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office Manager wthin a busy office environment
- Fluent in both English and German languages
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Previous experience of using a CRM database (or equivalent) to a reasonable level.
