Office Manager
My client, a MENA family office, is looking for a driven and confident Office Manager to join them m in their office in Dubai. This role requires an Arabic Speaker to support the team, you must have previous C-suit experience to be considered. 
The Role
A property/development office that is always busy and therefor will require an efficient Office Manager to oversee all the day-to-day office admin functions. 
There is scope for progression in this role, as they want someone who will stay and develop within the company.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
·         Meet and greet
·         Coordinating weekly company meetings
·         Managing databases
·         Organising events and conferences
·         Budget management
·         On-boarding new staff and assisting HR function
·         Supporting EA’s to Founders with research/ projects
The Candidate
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and switched-on Office Manager. You will be energetic, proactive and have an excellent ‘muck-in’ attitude – you will be happy with the core duties of the role, in addition to having ambitions to progress.
You will ideally be a graduate or have proven experience so you can hit the ground running.
