An exciting opportunity for an office coordinator who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a growing trading firm as part of a busy office support team. The coordinator’s primary focus is to ensure the smooth running of the office. This will include anything from reception cover on a rota’d basis, meeting and greeting guests, being the ‘go to’ and support with any administration for the executives as required, organsing multi-stop travel, supporting the HR team with some admin or, coordinating and attending an event – lots of variety! This is a fantastic position for someone who is looking for a role with some added extras, to be able to grow their skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic, flexible and enjoy building relationships. This role is office based.
What you’ll do:
- Back up support for reception and conference room coordination as needed
- Booking travel for executives
- Support with space planning, working closely with the Global Real Estate Manager and Office Manager
- Support with some overflow finance admin, including checking invoices
- Assist with the planning, researching and execution of on and off-site company events including budget management
- Oversee the smooth running of the office
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years experience in a customer facing/reception role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Display a ‘no job is too small’ attitude
- Ability to work in-office full time, and eagerness to travel to other European offices as required
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Solution orientated and proactive attitude
- Enthusiastic attitude and strong team player
