Office Co-Ordinator for Property Development Firm

London (West End) SALARY: £28,000 - £30,000 PER: Annum

My client are an established high-end property development firm who are based in Central London. They are looking for an Office Coordinator to start as soon as possible to support a small but busy team of 15 staff.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate and this would be a varied and dynamic role which would have you working across different areas of the business. The company has a number of exciting projects and events running across London and they are looking for an organised and efficient Office Coordinator who is good at prioritising and communicating.

This is a FULLY OFFICE BASED role, in their offices near St James. The hours are 9am-6pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-5pm on Friday.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Acting as the internal first point of contact
  • Diary management for the team
  • Operating as the UK based PA for senior Directors based in Dubai
  • Supporting on administrative tasks across all departments
  • Owning the IT requirements and office equipment / facilities
  • New starter set up and induction
  • Inventory taking 
  • Organising team events

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Good communication skills, oral and written
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
  • Flexibility – the capacity to work flexibly adjusting own priorities
  • Ability to work calmly and maturely when under pressure
  • Strong team ethic along with the ability to work independently
  • Extremely proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Desirable experience:

  • Office Coordinator Experience
  • PA Experience
