Overview

We are in search of an Office Assistant to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of an advanced and cutting-edge rehabilitation clinic at the forefront of technology.

The role will be based in Zurich and has a workload of 100%.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and rescheduling of patient and therapist appointments to maintain a smooth practice workflow.
  • Supporting your supervisors and stepping in as needed within the team.
  • Handling incoming calls, mail, and emails, freeing up the team's time and resources.
  • Managing cost approvals with health insurance companies and creating invoices for insurance, partners, and patients.
  • Maintaining and updating patient records.

What we’re looking for:

  • Precise, structured, and quick work methods due to the critical nature of appointment scheduling.
  • Proven experience in a role demanding reliability and efficiency (e.g., Office Assistant, Personal Assistant, Legal Assistant, or equivalent).
  • Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, and composure during busy periods.
  • A positive, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Native-level proficiency in German and fluent English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Comfort and openness in interacting with individuals with disabilities.

For this position, we can only consider Swiss nationals or professionals possessing a valid EU/ EFTA passport or holding an existing Swiss permit.
