Overview
We are in search of an Office Assistant to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of an advanced and cutting-edge rehabilitation clinic at the forefront of technology.
The role will be based in Zurich and has a workload of 100%.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and rescheduling of patient and therapist appointments to maintain a smooth practice workflow.
- Supporting your supervisors and stepping in as needed within the team.
- Handling incoming calls, mail, and emails, freeing up the team's time and resources.
- Managing cost approvals with health insurance companies and creating invoices for insurance, partners, and patients.
- Maintaining and updating patient records.
What we’re looking for:
- Precise, structured, and quick work methods due to the critical nature of appointment scheduling.
- Proven experience in a role demanding reliability and efficiency (e.g., Office Assistant, Personal Assistant, Legal Assistant, or equivalent).
- Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, and composure during busy periods.
- A positive, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.
- Native-level proficiency in German and fluent English.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Comfort and openness in interacting with individuals with disabilities.
For this position, we can only consider Swiss nationals or professionals possessing a valid EU/ EFTA passport or holding an existing Swiss permit.
