London (West End) SALARY: £20,000 - £23,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

We have a great opportunity for a conscientious, bright and capable administration assistant to join a Mayfair based Private Equity firm.

What you’ll do:

  • Expenses for the team
  • Preparing documents
  • Filing
  • Maintaining the internal database
  • Organising meetings and meeting rooms
  • Liaising with the front of house staff
  • Picking up any adhoc administration

Key attributes

  • Proactive
  • High attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy
  • Previous administration experience required
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
