Office Administrator
Job Details
New York City, NY SALARY: $50,000 - $70,000 PER: Annum
Our client a global financial services firm are looking to add an Office Administrator to their Midtown East Manhattan office. This is also a fully in office position, but with a close knit and collaborative team feeling.
The Role
As the office administrator you will be required to multitask, in a role that will include management of office operations and providing administrative support to the New York team and time to time collaboration with other global teams.
Duties Include
- Office management – supplies, maintenance, work improvement
- Administrative support to colleagues
- Organization and printing of presentations and other materials
- Contract management for cleaners, waste, and office supplies
- Support on expense processing for team
- Calendar management
- Management of mail and packages
- Onboarding of new employees – coordinating with HR & IT teams
Candidate
They are looking for a candidate with experience as an office administrator – preferably in professional services and finance firm, high organizational skills with attention to detail, who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, a positive engaging personality and comfortability working in a smaller team setting with some communication in different time zones.
