Dubai, UAE SALARY: 12,000 AED - 15,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

Core Responsibilities

  • Company Administration
    • Managing the DMCC company, license renewals, corporate upkeep, PRO type work such as employee visas, medicals, renewals, maintaining an updated employee file.
    • Obtain any permissions, NOC’s, or approvals from DMCC and/or any other concerned authorities (e.g. RERA, DEWA, Du/Etisalat).
    • Managing offshore companies understanding of regulations, filing requirements, and deadlines. Submission of declarations and compliance with due diligence requests.
    • Documentation control ensuring all company documentation is up to date.

 

  • Accounting and Finance
    • Recording transactions in the accounting system and preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and DMCC reporting standards.
    • Management of banking relationships, opening/closing of banking accounts, KYC reporting to banks.
    • Management of invoices and supplier accounts, making electronic payments from the banking platforms and managing petty cash.
    • Preparation of management accounts for offshore entities.
    • Filing of corporate income tax returns with FTA.
    • Submission of WPS salary files.

 

  • Office Operations
    • Managing the office maintenance and upkeep, ensuring systems such as intranet, internet & telephone, computers, printers, and other IT hardware are functional.
    • Ensure that the office is fully stocked with supplies and consumables.
    • Managing the office lease and keeping up to date with RERA rules and regulations.
    • Recruitment: searching, screening, holding initial interviews, and providing shortlists of best candidates for the employer.
    • Locally and globally identify, correspond with and source lawyers, accountants, corporate service providers and consultants.

 

  • General
    • Oversee and manage the execution of general and basic legal administrative legal documents such as non-disclosure agreements, property leases, consultancy agreements etc.
    • Managing employer’s personal KYC, utilities, personal documents, medical insurance, other insurances, vehicle registrations and insurance.
