Dubai, UAE SALARY: 15,000 AED - 15,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Help Desk Support.

Infrastructure Management:

Install, maintain, and support corporate servers, PCs, and laptops.

Provide printer, peripheral, and handheld device support as necessary.

Active Directory Administration:

Administer Active Directory 2019 environment (multi-sites).

Configure and troubleshoot OUs, GPOs, and AD replication.

Change Management to Document problems, resolutions, processes, and procedures.

Virtualization Management:

Manage virtual environments running VMware vCenter (7.0) and VSphere ESXi hosts (7.0).

Security Management:

Manage Sentinel One or other XDR.

Manage F5 LTM for load balancing.

Manage Akamai ION content delivery sites.

Backup and Recovery:

Manage Veeam for backup, copy, and replication.

Manage centralized Windows update deployment via WSUS.

Network Configuration and Troubleshooting:

Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, and DFS.

Diagnose and resolve errors in a Windows Networking Environment.

Groupware Applications:

Maintain and support corporate groupware applications (MS Office, Outlook, Teams).

Security Appliances:

Manage SonicWall firewalls and access points.

Manage application firewall.

Communication Systems:

Manage Cisco Unified Communication.

Project Participation:

Participate and contribute to IT-related projects when necessary.

Expertise and Suggestions:

Provide expertise and suggestions to meet IT-related goals.

Assist with software testing and DevOps tasks.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of system administration in an operational environment.
  • MCSE or other relevant certifications.
  • Windows Server 2019 R2 and 2022 administration.
  • Windows Active Directory administration.
  • Firewall administration (preferably SonicWall).
  • Basic Cisco IP telephony management.
  • Experience with VMware vSphere VCenter.
  • Experience with Veeam, Remote Desktop Services, and Help Desk Ticketing solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with Switches, LAG, VLANs, Routing & VOIP is a must.
