Nanny / Family PA

Tiger Private are in search of an experienced Nanny/ Family PA for a HNW Family in West London.

Primarily based in their fully staffed household in Notting Hill, the family are looking for a highly efficient, positive and organised nanny to join their household and assist with their three children (oldest at boarding school). Duties will include all of the children’s admin such as school correspondence, managing timetables and schedules, organising the children’s parties and assisting with social events, as well as running ad-hoc errand for the family and assisting with general house admin for the family e.g. food shopping. You will need to be highly organised to ensure all clothing, uniforms and sports equipment are in good working order as well as balancing time for school runs to/from school (twice a week) and driving the children to appointments, sports lessons etc. You will be required to do some light cooking duties for the children / preparing simple healthy balanced meals daily and coming up with new menu ideas to keep them exploring different flavours.

The working pattern will be Monday - Wednesday 11am - 8pm (2 weeks/month) / Monday - Friday 11am - 8pm (2 weeks/month). Flexibility is key as you may be required to babysit 2 evenings per week at short notice – Sole charge transatlantic travel with the children may be required as the family do spend roughly 5/6 weeks of the year travelling.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience working for UHNW households as a Nanny in London, with the sole care of young children. You will need to be a born organiser with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills along with the ability to think on your feet whilst staying calm and focussed. You will be upbeat, have an easy going personality, high energy and with bags of initiative. The candidate must hold a clean UK driving Licence and a valid passport for travelling.
