Middle Office Operations Administrator 


We have an excellent opportunity to join an Asset Management company as a Middle Office and Operations Administrator. For the right candidate, this is a great role that can offer the potential to develop further.

The role will be based in Luxembourg

Main responsibilities

  • Daily operations and administrative support:
    • Monitoring of Capital notice
    • Cash management
    • Trade instructions and settlement monitoring
    • Database and document management
    • Position and cash reconciliation
  • Data reconciliations
  • Oversight and controls of various Service Providers
  • Act as central liaison between the Portfolio Managers and 3rd party Service Providers
  • Data and reports delivery to various parties
  • Participation in process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc projects
  • Assist the Head of Operations with various activities as reasonably required
  • Investment/ Legal / Finance team members; intermediaries; auditors; depository agents; banks; etc.

Your skills: 

  • 2 years of experience within a fast-paced team environment ideally Private Equity /Financial Services/ Big Four
  • Task ownershipas well as abilityto work effectively as a member of a team
  • Good understanding of databases & a willingness to learn more and adapt quickly
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Fluency in English
  • Process driven and ability to see the global picture
  • Good attention to detail with strong analytical and organisational abilities
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
