Merchant Acquisition and Retention Executive

Our client is looking for a Merchant Acquisition and Retention Executive to join their team in Dubai. 

Candidates who apply for this role must have experience with payment systems. 

Responsibilities

• Actively acquire and retain a growing merchant portfolio.
• Understand the specific business needs of merchants acquired.
•  Be a brand champion for the company and purpose to have in-depth knowledge of all merchant services we offer.
• Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new merchants and retaining existing ones
• Conduct market research to identify potential merchant targets and market trends
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants through regular communication and support

Requirements

• Must be experienced in acquiring business sales and relationship management.
• Must currently reside in Dubai.
• At least 2 years experience in the Dubai Market.
• Proficiency in Arabic and Hindi will be an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of payment processing and merchant services
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
