Marketing Specialist

Location: Dubai

Salary: 12,000-16,000 AED

All candidates who apply must be Russian Speakers and hold a UAE Driving Licence.

Candidates with food and beverage expereince will have an advantage. 

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive the growth and success of the business. This will include managing a range of marketing campaigns aimed at brand awareness and lead generation, developing and executing marketing plans, structuring partnerships with other local businesses, and analysing the results of marketing initiatives to improve future efforts.

Duties:
1. Define the marketing roadmap (incl. go to marketing strategy) in the region (UAE/KSA).
2. Create and manage a range of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including company website, email, social media, and paid advertising.
3. Manage the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and growing the community (controlling external marketing agency).
4. Research of events and exhibitions across GCC, suggesting the suitable ones to showcasing the product brands of the company
5. Attend events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities across GCC to represent and promote the company, building relationships with potential partners and customers.
6. Support in the execution of digital marketing tasks and communications, including SEO / SEM, sponsored/paid search, email, SMS, and display advertising campaigns.
7. Prepares videography and conducts photoshoots.
8. Write and edit marketing materials, including website copy, email newsletters, advertising copy, etc.
9. Seek and analyse competitor marketing and sales materials both online and offline
10. Create social media strategies and schedules and provide support to our social media activities
11. Managing the local company website and intranet, ensuring all content is up to date.
12. Reporting to Operations manager and Marketing director. Weekly, monthly.

 

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

2. At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling content and present ideas effectively

4. Strong working knowledge of Social Media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and etc.

5. Effective communication (verbal/written), organizational and interpersonal skills

6. Strong knowledge across all digital marketing aspects - Paid media, social media, owned media, technology tools, backend, and tech related solutions.

7. Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools - Google tools

8. Proven track record in increasing web traffic, conversion and growing online engagement and leads.

9. Knowledge in using CRM and marketing automation platforms.

10. Advanced analytical skills with solid knowledge of Google Analytics.

11. Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, and demonstrate initiative

12. Work well independently and as a team

13. Has Valid UAE Driving License
