Marketing Manager for ASIA- Dubai

Middle East SALARY: 30,000 AED - 40,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager for Asia, you will be responsible for all of the marketing
activities across South East Asia across China, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Work
closely with the global teams to support our growth. You will be responsible for localising
central marketing concepts and campaigns to meet the needs of the Asia market. You will be
managing everything from brand activation activities to content marketing, demand
generation, and event management. You will be responsible for ensuring our brand is
positioned well in our target audiences. You will continuously work to make sure the right
people know us well, that they know what our products can do for them and that our sales
team gets a steady stream of leads from our marketing activities. We are looking for candidates who are fluent in Thai, Malaysian or Vietnamese. 

Your responsibilities will include:

 Be the liaison between Global Marketing and the Asia team
 Define and own the local marketing plans for each region
 Work with local PR agencies and partners
 Work with global and local CRM & SEO Teams
 Manage Brand awareness and activation activities
 Local event planning and execution
 Content creation, localisation, and transcreation
 Local market research across Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and China
 Be the local brand and communications ambassador
 Regional social media management
 Regional sales enablement implementing the strategy
 Identify new partnership/network opportunities
 Working across multiple brands within the group attracting both more traders and
partners through local marketing plans
 Own country metrics and reporting
 Budget planning and management
 Management of local-based marketing specialists to help drive and implement the
regional-based marketing strategy

Who we’re looking for

You have probably worked as a marketing manager ideally in finance or the CFD industry.
You are knowledgeable and skilled in the discipline of marketing and able to drive marketing
initiatives to build brand awareness as well as nurture leads. You are used to working close
to sales representatives and know how to translate sales targets into marketing tactics.

Our ideal person

 Has excellent people management skills within marketing able to manage numerous
team members across different marketing verticals
 Project management skills and experience structuring small to big projects; you take
responsibility and make decisions so it happens according to plan
 Local knowledge of the South East Asia market
 Excellent communication skills
Ideally is fluent in Thai, Malaysian or Vietnamese
 Understanding and experience from using digital communication channels,
understanding what it takes to break through the noise on these channels
 You want to be part of a fast-paced, growing company, where your ambition and
contributions are critical to expanding across Asia

As Marketing Manager for Asia, you will be part of the International Marketing team.

Salary AED 30,000 -40,000 depending on experience
Must be based in the UAE
