Marketing Content Manager


Specific tasks:

  1. Preparing and Maintaining English language marketing materials
    1. Maintaining up to date CVs and credentials lists for each department and sub-department for inclusion in proposals and marketing documents and to respond to ad hoc requests for information.
    2. Updating the general brochure on a regular basis to keep it current for team members and credentials.
    3. Preparing brochures for separate departments and sub-departments within the firm and keeping them updated.
    4. 2.      Preparing responses to all English-language RFPs using our templates, including:
      1. Preparing the first draft of the response by tailoring existing templates to the RFP
      2. Flagging to Partners where additional content needs drafting, and drafting such content based on material shared by the Partners
      3. Liaising with our Graphic Design team for graphics work
      4. Ensuring that the responses are submitted on time

  1. 3.      Managing thought leadership workstreams:
    1. Managing the thought leadership schedule by taking topics list from each Partner and arranging post schedule
    2. Developing the content for the posts using material shared by Partners (e.g. Partner shares an email of advice or memo from which content can be extracted and redrafted into a general update)
    3. Arranging for content to be designed graphically
    4. Ensuring posts are posted online on time in accordance with the schedule

  1. 4.      Managing our presence at external events, including:
    1. Identifying relevant events for us to be present at, and liaising with the organisers to obtain sponsorship packages
    2. Managing our presence at such events, such as arranging printed material for us to share with attendees
    3. Arranging for follow up emails to be sent to attendees following the events
    4. Arranging photos during the event and social media posts following the event

  1. 5.      Managing events arranged by the comapany including:
    1. Discussing with each Partner their intended events for the coming year (3-5 per Partner)
    2. Liaising with venue providers to arrange the events and being the main contact point during the organisation
    3. Drafting the lead generation adverts using content provided by the Partners
    4. Managing the lead generation process on LinkedIn, including review the registration requests and share recommendations for approvals with Partners
    5. Arranging professional photography at the event and social media posts following the event


  1. 6.      Managing Awards submissions, including:
    1. Identifying appropriate awards each year for individual lawyers to submit to
    2. Preparing the submission draft using material shared by the Partner
    3. Arranging attendance at Awards ceremonies
    4. d.     Arranging social media posts regarding the award

    5. 7.      Managing Directory Submissions
      1. Diarising and notifying the partners of the deadlines for uploading annual submissions and referee lists to Legal 500 and Chambers and any other online directories we decide to submit to.
      2. Managing with the relevant partners preparation of the annual submissions (including preparing first drafts based on previous templates and new information shared by the Partners) and referee lists for each department and ensuring they are uploaded by the relevant deadline.
