Marketing Bid Coordinator – 12 month maternity contract

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Bid Coordinator for a 12-month contract to start asap. Our client is looking for a creative writer, who is a stickler for detail and who knows the ins and out of Adobe InDesign. You will be writing proposals and pitches, with short deadlines but alongside a fantastic and supportive team. This is a hybrid role, where only 3 days are required to work from their central London offices and the other two days will be remote.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Writing and editing high quality content
• Researching new business development opportunities
• Integrating graphic design into presentations and brochures
• Managing communications though social media, internal systems and PR contacts
• Proof reading and modifying important documents
• Briefing the teams on campaigns

WHO YOU ARE

You will need to be highly organised, with an excellent eye for detail for creating content whilst working to tight deadlines

• Confident working with Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign
• Previous experience working in a similar role for a global company
• Creative and confident copywriter
• Excellent time management skills
• Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing
