A brilliant opportunity for a German and/or French-speaking Marketing Assistant to join a global Investment firm in the City, supporting within a growing global marketing team. My client is looking for someone to assist in the delivery of marketing communications, advertising and global campaigns working closely and under the guidance of the Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be fluent in German, with French also highly desired. This role would also suit someone who may have a marketing degree and keen to gain experience within this field.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work closely with the marketing manager in producing, updating and localising content 
• Assist the successful delivery of campaigns and advertising activities
• Ensure all marketing materials are compliant with all regulatory and reporting requirements 
• Support digital communications
• Translate and proofread marketing materials
• Monitor all websites to ensure they are accurately updated and maintained
• Analyse the effectiveness of marketing activities
• Understand the brand, regulatory, compliance, GDPR and financial requirements
• Assist with preparation for industry events (e.g. marketing materials, banners, merchandise etc.)
• Manage and track invoices within the marketing budget
• Ad hoc project support

WHO YOU ARE 

• Fluent in German both written and verbal
• Competency in an additional language would be beneficial, ideally French
• Have some prior experience working within a marketing role
• You have strong project management skills
• Able to work autonomously on complex projects 
• Educated to degree level desired
