Marketing Administrator – City Based Financial Services Recruitment Firm

£11-£12 per hour
Temp to perm (after approx. 4 weeks)
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office per week

A multi-award winning recruitment company with a global client base and focus in Financial Services, have an opportunity for someone to join them to assist with a data cleanse of 2 databases. Longer term, this role will evolve into more of a general administrative role with a focussing on the marketing of the company.

You will be working closely with the Head of Operations and the Managing Director, both of whom have taken a focus in the marketing tasks of the company, although they don’t have a specific marketing team in place yet.

As a company, they are a dynamic, sociable and friendly group who enjoy monthly socials such as go-karting, cookery classes and karaoke!


Day to day duties will included, but not be limited to:

  • Data cleanse of 2 CRM databases, ensuring that all information is correct and up to date
  • Own the execution and success of email campaigns including proof reading, scheduling and follow-up tasks / removals
  • Build reliable, robust reports from the CRM data where required
  • Track and minimalise anomalies and errors
  • Enhance presence across social media such as LinkedIn by posting job adverts and scheduling posts written by the Directors  


  • A diligent, enthusiastic person with a keen eye for detail
  • Must be able to handle data heavy tasks and comfortable with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and written English

They are looking to hold interviews ASAP for this role and it will consist of a 30 minute video call.
