Middle East SALARY: 20,000 AED - 25,000 AED PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

The Tiger Dubai team is seeking an experienced Legal OR Finance Recruitment Consultant to join their growing office. This role will suit a proactive self-starter who is eager and excited about building new client relationships whilst dealing with a busy workload. You will be confident dealing with clients face to face & over the phone and will have excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to: -

  • Writing and advertising job roles
  • Candidate attraction
  • Uploading candidate information accurately on internal database
  • Building on and expanding existing client relationships
  • Taking detailed job briefs, ensuring you understand entirely what the client is looking for ensuring that all roles are filled with the best candidate
  • Researching and approaching clients with Tiger Recruitment’s services
    • Writing and advertising job roles, attracting top candidates to register with Tiger Recruitment
    • Uploading candidate information on to Itris accurately, consistently and promptly
    • Telephone screening candidates and thoroughly interviewing candidates, fact finding and build strong rapport
    • Continually network with candidates to generate recommendations
      • Responding to candidate job applications, emails or messages and providing feedback promptly.
      • Providing advice including information on job search, CV format, interviews and salaries

 About you:

  • Previous demonstrable recruitment experience within the finance or legal sector.
  • Self-starter – able to manage their own workload and self-motivate
  • Team player – able to build strong relationships internally and work well within a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and composed
  • Initiative and problem-solving ability
  • Commercial awareness and strong business sense
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Positive demeanour with lots of energy
  • Able to prioritise tasks and manage a changing workload
    • Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills


  • 25 days annual leave on pro rata basis (one day to be taken over Christmas) plus office closed between Christmas and New Year
  • One duvet day each year
