London (West End) SALARY: £60,000 - £70,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
An excellent opportunity to join a leading global management consultancy as a Learning and Development Manager.
This role sits within an established L&D team. With fantastic benefits and a positive, supportive team culture, this is a great opportunity for an experienced L&D Manager with experience in the management consulting or professional services spaces to further grow and develop their career.
The key role responsibilities include:
- Review and optimise existing L&D programmes.
- Develop and design new L&D material.
- Collaborate closely with the wider HR team to enhance the on-boarding process and identify any gaps in the process.
- Oversee the successful implementation and rollout of the on-boarding programme and training for senior level employees.
- Plan and strategise for new L&D opportunities.
- Line manage a team of three.
- Working closely with all areas of the business to understand their training and development needs.
- Providing support, guidance, and advice to stakeholders within the business, on L&D matters.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven track record working in Learning and Development roles.
- Experience in devising and delivering comprehensive L&D programmes.
- 6-8 years experience in L&D with 2-3 of those years at Managerial level.
- Proven line management experience.
- Experience working in a large organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative approach.
