Learning and Development Manager

London (City of) SALARY: £40,000 - £55,000 PER: Annum TERM: Contract

My client is a highly reputable Communications Agency group looking for an experienced and talented Learning and Development Manager to support their exciting Group LMS implementation project (Bridge) as well as the roll-out a full training academy. This role will be on a full-time basis, initially on a 6 month FTC with a view to extend to up to 12 months, and reporting in to their friendly and supportive HR Manager.

The key role responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the full Bridge LMS implementation and roll out project
• Working closely with other areas of the business to understand their training and development needs
• Providing support, guidance, and advice to project stakeholders within the business, on all L&D matters
• Clear understanding of GDPR and compliance regulations
• Tech savvy, essential

Skills and experience required:

• Proven track record working in Learning and Development roles, ideally at Manager level
• Project experience
• Experience in working with Bridge, or similar LMS, and ideally an implementation project
• Experience in devising and delivering training programmes in a creative agency environment
• Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
• Experience working within a Creative Agency environment
• Highly organised and able to delegate, with excellent stakeholder management and project management skills and instincts
