A growing law firm is looking for a Learning and Development Executive to join their team in London and drive excellence across the business. This is an amazing opportunity to further your career in L&D and people management.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this role, you will oversee and coordinate all learning and development within the firm. This role is vital for the maintenance of company standards and success.
- Work closely with the Head of L&D, assisting them with general admin duties, training, and diary management.
- Make sure that the firm is fulfilling all risk and compliance standards
- Coordinate and manage training programs
- Implement training and upskilling that will ensure effective and positive changes within the business
- Organise learning and development events, workshops
- Establish relationships with training service and equipment providers
- Source and create digital training services
- Liaise with Seniors and Stakeholders to review and adapt existing L&D methods

- Experience in a learning and development role
- Experience in professional services is a bonus but not a requirement
