Junior Personal Assistant

London (City of) SALARY: £25,000 - £25,000 PER: Annum TERM: Temporary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Personal Assistant to support a dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to provide efficient and effective support, whilst also handling a range of administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. They are a rapidly growing company, providing an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and make a real impact. Responsibilities: 

  • Manage diaries and schedules, ensuring that all appointments are scheduled in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transfers. 
  • Respond to emails, phone calls and enquiries in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Attend meetings and take minutes, ensuring that action items are followed up on 
  • Prepare and edit documents and presentations, ensuring that they are accurate and up to date. 
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.

The Candidate: 

  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
  • Prior experience in a PA/EA role preferred, but not essential.
