Junior Finance Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Recruiter to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for finance roles within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, source and screen candidates, and assist in matching qualified professionals with the right finance positions. Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract candidates for finance roles.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Job Posting: Draft and post job descriptions for finance positions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future finance roles.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Recruiter and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of finance roles and to provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
• Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation and distribution of offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documentation.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and salary benchmarks within the finance sector to advise on recruitment strategies.
• Database Management: Update and maintain candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate records of all recruitment activities.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
