Junior Analyst Roles
Package: 25,000 – 30,000 AED
Duration: Permanent

The company is a small new investment fund with over 250 million capital backing. All three founders are HNWI’s and also very influential business men.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding products, channels, systems, data and process workflows of financial institutions.
• Presentations preparation with analytics work.
• Translates business requirements into system specifications to communicate user requirements in technical terms to project teams using the BRD or user stories.
• Be able to work with the design team to translate and validate the technical requirements.
• Work with both technical and design teams on gap analysis and fleshing out requirements.
• Details system specifications/ user story acceptance criteria.
• Interfaces with clients and gains an understanding of functional and non-functional

Requirements:
• 1 - 2 years experience in a Business Analysis related field
• A strong technical background, someone that will work very closely with developers and engineering, understands technical requirements, analysis etc.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development practices
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related fields
• 2 years Banking experience
