Italian Speaking Executive Assistant
PART TIME
£22p/h plus holiday pay

I have a really exciting opportunity for someone to join a global finacial services firm and market leader in investment banking. Based in Canary Wharf, this role is a part time position and lies within the Global Capital Markets division. You will be exposed to a truly internationsal and multi-cultural environment that appreciates and respects individuality.

What you'll do:

Diary management, calendars, internal and external meetings
Book and coordinate all travel
Process monthly expenses
Maintain inhouse CRM system
Event management

What you'll need:

Ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent time management
Strong team player
Highly organised and attention to detail
Experience booking travel and processing experience
Experience working in Investment Banking
