Italian speaking EA to Co-Founders for PE firm

A brilliant opportunity for a best-in-class Italian-speaker to support two Co-Founders of a boutique Private Equity firm. You will support across both business and private.

Salary £75-£85k

The Role:

You will be dividing responsibilities equally between supporting the two Co-Founders and ensuring smooth running of their lives day to day. You will need to bring your skills and gravitas to the company’s welcoming yet fiercely ambitious team.

Duties Include:

• Extensive diary-management and scheduling responsibilities
• Planning and booking regular international travel and business trips
• Offering right-hand support and acting as gatekeeper
• Carrying out regular ad hoc projects and duties across the business’ fast-moving environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Carries both a university degree and a history in Investment Banking or Private Equity
• Exudes confidence and charisma, and can accomplish varying tasks with no doubt or fuss
• Possesses a can-do attitude and commands all differing responsibilities with the same vigour
• Is able to prioritise equally across the business and private sides of the role within the company
• Fluent in Italian
