IT Support Officer

A national charity is looking for IT Support Officer to look after their IT within the Education Centres in the UK.

This role will involve travel to each of their UK Centres initially and so they do need somebody who is centrally based in the UK. In the longterm, the role will involve supporting an IT departments transition to remote support.  

The ideal applicant for this role will have experience in:

• Technical support
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Network and storage management
• The compliance standards required for ISO 9001/27001, Cyber Essentials and PCi

The salary for this role will be £30k (dependent on experience).
