UK (Regional) SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000 PER: Annum
I have a fantastic opportunity for an IT manager to join this multicultural team dedicated to changing the status quo and will have a key role in the explosive growth ahead of them in the UK and internationally.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on IT Manager role in a Tech Startup: 50% IT Support and 50% IT Management - You will be:
- Managing and developing the IT function and team (1 IT Specialist) to prepare it for UK and international growth
- Provide yourself daily IT support to company employees to help them deal with the IT & Tech challenges of a small startup team working remotely.

Specifically, you will:
- Provide daily IT Hardware & Software Support to 45 employees and contractors
- Run the companies IT Hub with the support of an IT Specialist
- Lead the migration of outsourced IT services in-house (Company Server, software licences and access management)
- Manage Company Servers (OneDrive/SharePoint/Network Admin/InTune)
- Manage Company Software configuration, access and updates for all staff, including Slack, Zendesk, HubSpot, VOIP, 1Password, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Filezilla, Barracuda, Code 2, Zoom, Adobe, Office 365, MS Teams.
- Manage the Company's IT hardware:
- Order Company IT hardware
- Manage Company IT hardware assets with the setup and use of an asset-tracking solution
- Assemble and configure customised Company IT Hardware for company staff
- Support company staff with hardware troubleshooting, maintenance and requests
- Run the IT Onboarding of New Hires and the IT Off-boarding of Leavers
- Support the ongoing prototyping and development of the Company's Remote Work Hardware & Software combined solution
- Manage the IT Specialist

Key measures of success for this role over 12 months:
- Will have provided daily professional, responsive and friendly IT Hardware & Software support to all employees and contractors
- Will have successfully migrated IT services in-house
- Will have successfully managed the Company IT hardware and its ongoing stock take across multiple locations
- Will have provided helpful support in further prototyping the Company's Remote Work Hardware & Software combined solution
- Will have successfully managed a happy and productive IT Specialist.

Key Skills and experience
- Previous experience managing an IT team / IT service function
- Azure/Cloud and Office 365 exposure
- Server management experience
- Microsoft Exchange administration experience
- IT Degree
- Industry certifications
- Ideally experience in managing remotely coroprate MacOS devices.
