Our client, a City based Investment Bank is looking for an Investor Relations Administrator to join their team in their London office. The successful administrator will have previous experience working within a fast-paced team within Investor Relations, also taking on wider Roadshow responsibilities. Here you will be working closely with the sales team and clients to deliver seamless schedules. This is a varied position that will require the IR Administrator to turn their hand to all sorts of different tasks, prioritising those that are critical, and reacting swiftly. Hybrid working is available.

 
What you’ll do:
 

  • Supporting in organisation of presentations and meetings such as printing of client presentations for internal and external meetings, arranging couriers to get presentations and samples to secondary roadshow locations and making internal room bookings for team
  • Preparing and loading schedules onto the clients in-house CRM system
  • Preparation of internal emails to sales, sales trading and relevant corporate team
  • Preparation of data for Investor profiles
  • Updating all roadshow events into Corporate Access spreadsheet
  • Contact management such as updating institutional contacts into their in-house CRM system
  • Travel logistics including but not limited to booking cars, hotels, venues for corporate broking client roadshows, liaising with Chauffeur companies, sending schedule updates and logging driver details into schedules
  • Managing venues for investor breakfast and lunches both in Edinburgh and London
  • Management and logging of all roadshow related invoices, sending invoices to Accounts Payable with required information for payment and checking invoices and monitoring which rechargeable costs have been invoiced
  • Organising meeting confirmations, reconfirming booked meetings and sending investor materials in advance
  • Correlating feedback documents, putting together feedback report templates post each roadshow event
  • Managing Share Register Analysis, saving files andupdating market reports with shareholder information

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience working within Investor Relations
  • Experience supporting with Roadshows
  • Flexibility and proactive attitude
  • A positive approach and willingness to go the extra mile is essential
  • Must be confident with Microsoft Word and working knowledge of Excel
