The role
This role is primarily responsible for supporting the Assistant Management team responsible for the hiring, training, and performance management of a large group of support staff within a fast-paced investment banking environment
Duties include:
- Assist with CV screening and interview scheduling
- Manage new starter onboarding
- Process holiday requests
- Support on event management
- Maintain confidential employment records
- Provide support to the wider team where needed
The candidate
You will be able to work under pressure and be able to complete tasks with urgency. You will be extremely accurate and have high attention to detail. You will handle confidential information with integrity. You will have outstanding oral and written communication skills. You will have experience with Microsoft packages such as Word, Power, and Excel.
