Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Private Equity Investment Associate to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in raising funds for our various private equity funds located in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should bring a proven track record of success, exceptional sales skills, and a robust network of industry contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your extensive industry experience and network to raise funds for the company's private equity funds in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with institutional investors, Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI), High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), family offices, and family funds.
  • Leverage your strong sales skills and charismatic personality to drive fundraising efforts and meet or exceed set targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader team to strategize and execute effective fundraising campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the market trends, competitor landscape, and investor preferences to refine fundraising strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A proven track record of successful engagement in the private equity sector within Dubai, KSA, or comparable markets.
  • Exceptional sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in fundraising for private equity deals or private equity funds. Experience within private banks or wealth management is preferred.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and a history of successfully raising funds from institutional investors, UHNWI, HNIs, family offices, and other relevant entities.
  • A dynamic and energetic individual with a pleasant personality, ready to take on challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the evolving needs of the role and the company.
