I am working with an investment firm with an international presence who are currently setting up offices in the UAE.  They are seeking an Investment Analyst to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A, Private Equity or Venture Capital. 

Duties Include:

• Support the Head of Investment with investment analysis, monitor portfolios, research
• Assess the market with new investment opportunities
• Research, analyise all investment oppourtunties 
• Produce investment notes, present in project discussions and investment meetings 
• Support companies / investors with reporting and budgets
• Analyse investment strategies and provide analytical support for equity transactions
• Any adhoc requests

SKILLS

• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, strategic, and implementation skills
• Strong modelling and financial valuation skills, Excel skills, PowerPoint skills
• Ability to identify and implement ways to leverage and expand the company’s existing and new business
• Strong team player, flexible and motivated

Requirements 

• Degree educated in Finance or Economics or Science 
• CFA or o the path to completing CFA
• Previous experience in private equity, venture capital or investment banking 
• 2- 5 years’ experience working as an Investment Analyst / Associate  
• Excellence in spoken and written English is required
• You must be residing in the UAE
