London (Greater) SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 PER: Annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist for a recruitment company based in Southeast London, this is a varied role covering the full talent acquisition lifecycle as well as all marketing focused on recruitment for the company.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Writing and advertising internal job roles, attracting top candidates to join the company
- Focusing on marketing to continuously build and develop the Employer Brand, through the social channels as well as headhunting and word of mouth activities
- Telephone screening candidates and inviting in for interviews
- Undertaking first stage interviews to assess candidates suitability
- Thoroughly interviewing candidates, fact finding and build strong rapport
- Continually network with candidates to generate recommendations
- Responding to candidate job applications, emails or messages and providing feedback promptly.
- Assisting in resource planning and managing the talent acquisition supply chain
- Undertake market research on staff rewards and remuneration
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous demonstratable recruitment experience
- Able to headhunt effectively as well as experience in pipelining candidates
- Confident in proactively using social media channels to promote the employer brand of the company
- Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Commercial awareness and strong business sense
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Initiative and problem solving ability
- Self-starter, someone who is able to manage their own workload and self-motivated
- Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
