Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist for Start-Up Tech Recruitment Firm – London

London (City of) SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

I am recruiting an incredible opportunity at a very fast-growing Tech Recruitment Start-Up.

Benefits:
£35-£40k Base Salary
OTE up to £55k (Paid as a Performance Based Bonus)
Hybrid Working (3 Days in the Office per Week)

What you will do:
- Consistently work to reach your targets
- Conduct thourough searches to find the best talent for the firm
- Adhere to the company processes, be an advocate for them and take full responsibility for your own workload
- Present candidates and interview them with Head's of Departments

Who you will be:
You will have at least 1 year experience in a similar role. As an indiviadual you will have drive to grow with incredible firm. You will have excellent customer service skills and have recruited or completed searched on Linked-in.
